October 26, 1930 ~ January 3, 2024
Ana Rivera, 93, of Bayamon, Puerto Rico, passed away peacefully in her sleep on January 3, 2024.
Ana was happily married for 50 years to Miguel Rivera, until his passing in 2000. She is survived by her five children, eight grandchildren, twenty-five great grandchildren, five sisters and one brother. She was the epitome of love. She showered everyone with love without expecting it back, family and friends alike. Once you met her you felt her love instantly. Not only did she raise her kids, but she also had a hand in raising neighboring kids that considered her their ‘mom’ till this day. Ana’s hair and nails were always on point, and she was never caught without lipstick, mostly red as that was her favorite color. There wasn’t a time when anyone could say she wasn’t well groomed. She was a beautiful person inside as well as out.
Ana loved life. She enjoyed all seasons, she especially loved the snow and beach, two complete opposites. She loved all sorts of living things, but her favorite was butterflies and she loved spending time with family and friends. She will be remembered as a loving and kind person to all, no exception. All who knew her loved her dearly and will truly and sincerely miss her.

Mama Anna, I don’t ever remember meeting you because you have always been in my life. You loved me like you own. You showered me with so much love and affection. You took care of me, protected me and even scolded me, when I needed it, in a loving way. You’re the epitome of a mother’s love. Words cannot express how much I loved you and will miss you. Rest in peace my beautiful Mama Anna.
