Richard P Reebe Sr. 66, of Pine Bush, NY and formerly of Staten Island, passed away July 28, 2023, surrounded by his loving family.
He is the son of the late Joan and Walter Reebe, son in law of Maria D\’Addio and the late Alfonso D\’Addio.
He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Dorothy. Loving father of Rick (Marisa), Michael (Christa), and Michelle. Cherished Peepa to Brendan, Carissa, Emilia, Andrew and his extended grandchildren, Victoria, John(Scrappy), Hunter, James and Connor. Beloved brother to Garry, Audrey, Billy, Sherri, Bud, Emilio, Leslie, Rosie and Joe. Fond uncle to 12 and loving Godfather to Ashley. He also held a special place in his heart for his cousin, Lolly. He loved his family fiercely.
He was the former maintenance foreman at Wagner College, retiring in 2014 after 30 years. He loved the Wagner Campus and the people, saying he often still thought about his time there. He loved being outdoors, his dog, Gracie, spending time in his garage and at his favorite diner. He was a die hard Mets and Jets fan. He will be missed by everyone who knew him.
There will be a memorial celebrating his life on August 9 from 4-8 pm at Cherubini- McInerney Funeral Home, 1289 Forest Ave. Staten Island. Funeral mass will be in Pine Bush, date and time for mass to be announced.
