I’m sad to hear of my dearest Aunt Naunie’s passing. She taught me a lot in life and I’m a better person because of her. Her disease robbed us all of her quick wit and enduring spirit too many years ago. Aunt Naunie and my mom took care of their mom like her daughter Mary and husband Dale did for her. I’m taking care of my father inlaw now, they taught us well. I know the Shaffer siblings have all been celebrating together in heaven since she went home back in November.
My darling friend, the smartest, most quick witted, amazing & loving person I ever knew. There are so many wonderful memories which belong to you & me which I will never forget. You were always there for me during the most trying of times & during the happy ones as well. You were one of a kind; of that there is no doubt. I will miss you & love you forever. Janice
