It is with deep regret that we announce the passing of Joyce Grossman, mother of Pamela Rogozin, mother-in-law of Michael, and grandmother of Alan, Shannen and Derek, on Sunday November 17th, 2019 at the age of 88. Joyce, a truly English lady, was always a friendly sweet person who never forgot her family back in Plymouth, England as she ventured to New York as a teenager to make a new life for herself. She settled in Great Neck, NY where she raised her two children, Bruce and Pamela. Bruce, unfortunately predeceased his mother.
The memorial will take place at Cherubini McInerney Funeral Home, located at 1289 Forest Avenue, at 10 AM on Tuesday, November 19th.
A graveside ceremony will follow at Beth Moses Cemetery, located at 1500 Wellwood Ave. W., Babylon, NY 11704.
The family will sit Shiva immediately after they return from the cemetery on Tuesday until 8 PM and then on Wednesday, November 20th, from noon until 8 PM and on Thursday, November 21st, from noon until 8 PM.
A shiva minyan will be held at the Rogozin home, at 7 pm on the evening of Thursday, November 21st.
