Emma Jean Gallop

Emma Jean Gallop, 81, long-time resident of Staten Island, passed away peacefully on March 1, 2025.

Emma was a cherished member of the Staten Island community for over two decades, having moved from Manhattan. She dedicated many years of her professional life to the Lester Kehoe Machinery Corporation. In the early 1990s, Emma began her lifelong commitment to the Columbiettes, Council 1964, exemplifying her dedication to faith and service.

She was the beloved wife of Raymond Gallop for 60 beautiful years, a devoted mother to John and Kenneth, a loving grandmother, and great-grandmother. Emma is also survived by her dear older sister, Betty. Emma found immense joy in her family and cherished the trips she took with her husband to Atlantic City. Her warmth, kindness, and unwavering love for her family will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
