Marie Cavaliere was called home on Monday, June 13th, 2022.
Born in Brooklyn, New York, and residing in Staten Island, Marie lost her battle with breast cancer at the age of 69. A graduate of New Utrecht High School and in 1989 the Wilfred Beauty Academy. As a practicing cosmetologist, Marie was well known by many for her extraordinary artistic abilities. Her talents even went beyond to include interior design, mural artistry, and floral arrangements. Always putting others before herself, Marie’s selflessness is perhaps her most admirable quality.
The daughter of Anna (deceased) and Thomas (deceased) Cavaliere, Marie is survived by Robert Depeppo her loving, dedicated partner of 18 years, and her four heartbroken children John Ciofalo,(Ilene), Janine McGinley (Matthew), Justine Thompson (Daniel), Jaclyn Consolmagno (Christopher), and two step-children Jessica Depeppo Heinz (Timothy) and Robert, her nine grandchildren Kayla Schug (Kara), Christopher, Gavin, Christian, Hope, Michael, Taylor, Luke, Maria, and step-grandchild Steven.
Marie is also survived by her devoted sister Denise, brother-in-law Jack, nephew and godson Daniel, and her nieces Valerie & Melissa. Many loving cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends are among those who share in the sadness and loss of this wonderful, caring, loving woman.
