Harold “Butch” Louis Eckett, Sr., age 81, passed away on Thursday, April 23rd. Born in Staten Island, NY. He served in the US Army from 1957-1959. Harold retired after 38 years from Con Edison as a Chief Lineman. He married Antoinette “Toni” (Nuzzi) in 1963 and was happily married for over 56 years. He always appreciated the outdoors and enjoyed fishing, crabbing and boating. He was a master craftsman with woodworking and artistic paintings.
He is survived by his loving wife, Toni; his three children, sons Harold Jr. and wife, Debbie; Joseph and wife, Amy; and daughter Maryanne, as well as his six grandchildren, Brittany, Harold III, Nicholas, Ashley, Robert and Louis. He is also survived by his two sisters, Helen Pomaro & Karen Fernadez and his late brother, William.

We are so sorry for your loss. Our condolences goes out to the family. Your husband/dad was a great guy, always around to help out others. Sorry we couldn’t come to the wake, but with the covid -19, Bobby’s immune system is low so we have to take all the precautions. But as soon as things get better we will see mom at home.
