  3. I communicated with Karen almost everyday through QK! We became internet friends in 2020 through the quarantine kitchen website! I was posting meals with my Zak Great Dane in the back ground. He was diagnosed with brain cancer a few months after we started posting! Karen was always full of encouragement, supportive, and genuinely interested in his journey! Although we never met in person, but planned to on one of her many trips to Philadelphia to have dinner with one of her sons and daughter in law, I was Edgar to see her smile in person which always came across in her correspondence with me! I felt she was a warm, caring, funny, upbeat person in real life! With everything she was going through with her health, she never once seemed down or had any self pity! I will surely miss our Daily back and forth banter each morning! Cancer is a horrible and merciless disease!
I know nothing I can say will ease your pain of the loss of your Wife, Mother, and Grandmother!
