James F. Sullivan sadly passed away on Friday, May 7, 2021 at the age of 74.  Born and raised in Brooklyn, he joined the United States Army in 1966 until 1968 as a Private First Class.  James moved to Staten Island where he married the love of his life of 50 years, Jeanne.  He worked as a Telephone Technician and provided services for people for over 30 years until he retired in 2007.

During his free time he enjoyed he would listen to his music while taking care of things around the house, as well as watching his favorite TV shows but most of all, he loved spending time with his family and his dogs.  He was also a proud member of the VFW Veterans of Foreign Wars.

Our heart felt sympathy to Jeanne and family. Jim was my very much a loved cousin, more like a brother to my husband and and myself. We miss him so much, and for me not being able to communicate with him as we so often did, will be a hugh loss for me. I mourn his loss greatly. May God Bless him!

My father was a great man although extremely stubborn till the very end. I love you so much dad and I’ll always remember the good times we had. I wish things could have ended differently. Thank you for everything you’ve done for me.
