Fay I. Wegener, (nee Oliver), 86 of Willowbrook passed away peacefully at her home on Friday, October 11, 2019. She was married to Edward for 57 years and she’s survived by her son, David.
Born in Port Richmond, she lived at her present address since 2001 and worked as a dental assistant for many years, as well as doing clerical work for various companies. Fay was a member of the Reformed Church of Staten Island and presently a member of Zion Lutheran Church. She was also an active member of AARP.
She enjoyed the holiday seasons with her family and friends and trips with her husband.
Funeral will be held at Cherubini McInerney Funeral Home, 1289 Forest Avenue on Wednesday at 9:15am with a funeral service at 10am at Zion Lutheran Church followed by a burial at Moravian Cemetery. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 2-4pm & 7-9pm.
In Lieu of flowers donations to Zion Lutheran Church would be greatly appreciated.
